About William Faulkner
I began practicing law in the summer of 2001. First in Illinois and then obtained my license in Missouri in February 2002. I first worked two years for a large insurance defense firm devoting 100% of my time to litigation. I defended everything from car accident cases, dog bites to asbestos litigation. In late 2003, I joined a boutique law firm with a stellar reputation as plaintiff's attorneys and business attorneys, Goldenberg, Heller and Antognoli, PC. I worked on many high level cases, one in particular against many large oil producers that netted the residents of a small town the sum of $39 million for damages caused from nearby refineries. This firm also exposed me to work with many small business owners and helped me discover a passion for helping the ones trying to make it on their own.
My wife is also an attorney for a very large beverage company. In support of her career, we have moved several times over the years. Each time with me restarting my practice. Today, we're here to stay and I use my extensive and varied background working to provide guidance and help where I can to families and small business owners. I have learned, through my years of different practice areas, that I am happiest when I can be of help to individuals or small business owners navigate life’s situations as they arise in estate planning, real estate and business. You can read more about these types of situations in out blog on our website, www.wsfaulknerlaw.com.
Outside of the office, you can find me spending time with wife, twin daughters and young son, involved in various activities from cheer-leading to golf. In my free time, I stay active in the CrossFit community competing in local and regional events. I am also an avid baseball fan cheering for the St. Louis Cardinals, and the Braves, of course.
