Ms. Mills is an experienced Copyright, Trademark and Business Litigation attorney providing strong representation for small and mid-sized business clients in Federal and Texas State Courts and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Ms. Mills is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern Districts of Texas and is Generally admitted in the Northern District of Illinois.
