Timothy has been a practicing member of the State Bar of California since 1979.

Timothy was a partner with the Newport Beach law firm of Burton Halloran Schwartz Kuzelka and Rapillo. Following the retirement of his senior partners he established his own firm in Temecula, California where he managed his own law firm for nearly two decades.
