About Thomas Daniels

Attorney Thomas R. Daniels is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and a cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, Miami, Florida. He originally joined Lenahan & Dempsey in 1991. He has recently returned to Lenahan & Dempsey having served five years as in-house counsel for a national commercial lending and finance company out of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Mr. Daniels is now of counsel to the Firm and will be managing the Tunkhannock Office in Wyoming County.

An attorney with Lenahan & Dempsey for over 15 years, Mr. Daniels devotes his time to a broad range of civil matters, including personal injury, residential and commercial real estate transactions, commercial litigation, business law, creditor’s rights, gas lease issues and employment law.

Mr. Daniels has served as the Solicitor for the Tunkhannock Area School District, and currently sits as the Chairman of the Eaton Township (Wyoming County) Planning Commission.

Mr. Daniels is a member of the Lackawanna County, Wyoming County, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and Florida Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and U.S. District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania; and U.S. Court of Appeals, for the Second and Third Circuits.
