About Suzan Boden

Attorney Suzan Boden is a graduate of Iowa State University (B.S. 1977), Mercy Hospital School of Medical Technology (1977), and the University of South Dakota (J.D. 1987). She is admitted to practice law in the United States Appellate Court (8th Circuit) and United States Federal Court, as well as Iowa and South Dakota state courts. Suzan handles primarily workers’ compensation and personal injury cases, such as work-related deaths, on-the-job injuries, lost wages, medical and disability benefits, repetitive stress injuries (e.g. carpal tunnel syndrome), occupational illness/disease, bodily injuries, car accidents, construction accidents, and slip and fall accidents.
