Stephen Slawinski is an innovative attorney who takes a systems-oriented approach to organize client matters by creating streamlined workflows; leverages the best of today’s technology to provide clients with efficient service, - on advice given by Warren Buffet- consults with top attorney’s in their field to leverage their knowledge and experience to ensure clients get the highest quality legal work.
His passion for helping investors and entrepreneurs become successful came from his entrepreneurial spirit which, before becoming an attorney, led him to work with investors to pursue real estate investments and business turnarounds. In this pursuit, one of his mentors told him that to succeed in this world he needed to have money, understand money, and/or understand the legal landscape involved in investing. Stephen took this insight to heart and pursued his law degree, focused on securities law to help investors and entrepreneurs raise capital, and is working on a Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst certificate through the Corporate Finance Institute.
This experience gives Stephen a unique perspective on how to help his clients navigate every aspect of the real estate and business investing phase from raising capital and valuing an asset to repositioning and disposition.
Stephen obtained his Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law. He is a Member of the Ohio State Bar Association, The Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), and the Association for Corporate Growth(ACG).
