About Stephanie Boomershine

Stephanie Boomershine is an Of Counsel Attorney with the Central Florida law firm of Bogin, Munns & Munns. She specializes in Intellectual Property including Portfolio Development & Maintenance, Planning & Strategy Management, Responses & Negotiation, and Litigation; Criminal Defense; and Traffic Defense. She received both her B.S. (2004) and her J.D. (2007) from the University of Florida.

Ms. Boomershine has appeared in federal courts within the United States and in Puerto Rico. She is a former public defender and speaks fluent Spanish. In her spare time, she enjoys running marathons and spending time with her family.
