My decision to practice law was inspired by the strong work ethic of my father and grandfather. Being a successful attorney requires dedication and experience. I have extensive experience representing businesses and medical practices from startup to full operation, from helping file initial incorporation to managing multimillion-dollar transactions and litigation. I have counseled thousands of clients through litigation, arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, and with OSHA citation defense, Texas Medical Board and other licensing investigations, Anti-Kickback Statute and OIG investigations, fraud and abuse investigations, and STARK Law compliance.
