Ryanna’s primary concentration is in representing secured and unsecured creditors in secured transactions, foreclosures, workouts, bankruptcy, and other transactional and litigation matters. Additionally, a substantial part of Ryanna’s practice involves counseling clients throughout all stages of the divorce and separation process, including custody, placement, relocation, child support, alimony, and equitable distribution issues.

Experienced Representation:

Ryanna’s legal experience also includes personal injury matters, automobile accidents, premises liability, and medical malpractice, involving complex cases with permanent disabilities and structured settlements. Ryanna has a broad background of litigation experience regularly appearing before the state, federal, and bankruptcy courts.
Ryanna received her Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Nebraska with a double major in Political Science and English and a minor in Communications. Ryanna earned her J.D. from Western Michigan University School Law School.
