About Robin Kirkham

For over a decade, Robin happily served as a Public Defender in Twin Falls, Idaho before returning to her home state of Utah. As a Public Defender, Robin handled cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies and from child protection to juvenile justice. She excelled at motion practice (especially motions suppressing the state's evidence) and at negotiating favorable resolutions for her clients. Now in Salt Lake City, Utah, Robin is able to leverage her personal experience with and insights into the challenges of divorce and co-parenting to the benefit of her clients. Her personal experience, along with her training in basic and family mediation, helps her look for ways to reduce conflict, maximize value, and soften the blows of hard life changes for her clients and their families.
