Upon receiving his L.L.M, he then received a federal externship with the honorable Reggie B. Walton of the United States District Court of the District of Columbia. Also a previous Public Defender where he tried countless criminal cases, it is the combination of this extensive knowledge and experience that lay the foundation for his firm, Elkus Sisson & Rosenstein, PC.
