Randy Nussbaum is a shareholder with the law firm, Sacks Tierney P.A. With more than 35 years’ experience Mr. Nussbaum represents individuals and businesses in bankruptcy protection, transaction and litigation matters. Well regarded for his innovative approach to resolve complex, high-value issues that require superior insight, experience and knowledge, Mr. Nussbaum’s clients especially value his ability to align legal strategy to achieve case objectives.

Mr. Nussbaum is a Certified Bankruptcy Specialist (Arizona Board of Legal Specialization) and a Certified Business Bankruptcy Specialist (American Board of Certification). He has been honored with multiple peer rankings and accolades for his exemplary professional, civic and charitable achievements. Randy has been named to the Super Lawyers’ “Top 50” list of Arizona attorneys four times and has been selected as one of The Best Lawyers in America©, since 2010.

Mr. Nussbaum is committed to community leadership. A 1990 graduate of Scottsdale Leadership, he has volunteered for that organization for over 27 years, serves on its Advisory Board, and is a recipient of the prestigious Frank W. Hodges Alumni Achievement Award. Randy currently serves on the advisory boards for the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts, the Scottsdale Historical Society, and Scottsdale Community College. He also serves as a Sterling Awards Jurist, Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, and received the Chamber's Volunteer of the Year Award, 2017.
