Ralph P. Ralph during and after his undergraduate BS in electrical engineering with a computer engineering option from Virginia Tech, in Blacksburg, VA USA, began his professional career as a Systems Engineer with international computer company IBM Corporation, serving in various research and development positions, working first in an ergonomics lab for advanced avionic systems and controls & displays, and later in submarine command control systems integration, moved to headquarters in technical marketing to higher education, before specializing in technical marketing and sales, as an IT consultant, client marketing representive to financial and securities companies, travel industry, higher education, and legal and general business, and later attended night school to earn his JD in intellectual property law at George Mason University, in Fairfax, VA USA specializing in patent, trademark, copyright and trade secrets and know-how law. A member of the DC and VA bars, and USPTO registered patent attorney, Ralph brings his technical, entrepreneurial, and legal expertise to bear to counsel clients in various business transactions, IP protection, licensing and enforcement, and business contract and licensing law.
