About Peter Iocona

Attorney Peter F. Iocona is a Criminal Defense Lawyer who specializes in defending people charged with DUI in California, particularly Southern California. Mr. Iocona is the CFO and Lead Trial Lawyer at the SoCal Law Network in Laguna Hills, California. Mr. Iocona began his career with the Law Office of Barry T. Simons in 2000. By 2009, Mr. Iocona became the Lead Trial Lawyer for the Law Offices of Barry T. Simons for DUI Cases. In 2016, Mr. Iocona left the firm to open his own practice, The SoCal Law Network, with his two law partners, Alan Castillo and Marlo Cordero. Mr. Iocona has successfully tried and litigated DUI cases in courts throughout Southern California. Mr. Iocona was selected as a "Top-Rated DUI Attorney" by AVVO, an attorney rating service, and was featured in the annual publication of OC Metro Magazine of the "Top-Rated DUI Attorneys" in Orange County.
