About Paul V. Moyer

Paul V. Moyer was born in Minneapolis Minnesota in 1955, but grew up in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Moyer attended local Orlando schools and graduated with a B.A. in political science from the University of Central Florida (then-Florida Technological University in 1977. He attended Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham Alabama and earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1980. He is divorced with one daughter, Melissa.
