Paul A. Schofield has over a decade of experience helping individuals and corporations to navigate the bankruptcy process. Paul is admitted to practice in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Georgia, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Superior Courts of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the U.S. Tax Court .

Prior to opening The Schofield Law Firm, P.C., Paul gained unique knowledge and insight into bankruptcy law while serving as a law clerk of the Honorable John S. Dalis, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Brunswick and Waycross Divisions of the Southern District of Georgia. He also represents clients in probate matters, and in negotiations with the IRS and Georgia Department of Revenue to resolve tax issues.
