A subject matter expert in the practice of Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability, having successfully tried more than 1,500 hearing level claims before Administrative Law Judges throughout and beyond the contiguous United States. For nearly a decade, the attorney of choice to present hundreds of SSDI cases throughout the Southeast Region for many of the country's best known disability insurance carriers.

Substantial experience in all phases of workers' compensation litigation, up to and including trial and appellate representation, as well as alternative dispute resolution. Offering claimants expert counsel in the statutory interplay of WC, SSDI, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, UI, and ERISA regulated health and disability plans.

Frequent guest lecturer on Social Security Disability Law at the invitation of groups like the International Claim Association, Munich Re-Insurance Corporation, Disability Employer Management Coalition, and the National Parkinson Foundation.
