About Patricia Pastor

Patricia successfully represents individuals who have been subjected to Sexual Assault, Rape, Sexual Harassment, Gender and Race Discrimination and offers many years of dedication and commitment to combatting sexual violence. She also practices Immigration Law primarily on behalf of families and children, as well as refugees and individuals seeking asylum at the US-Mexico border.

Patricia also offers the full range of legal services to business owners, including dispute resolution. Her business practice grew from her time serving as general counsel to a group of professional engineers and construction contractors, where she created and grew a legal department and developed her business acumen in matters ranging from corporate governance and contract negotiation to management training and litigation oversight.

Prior to her Bar admission, Patricia developed critical skills through her work in law enforcement investigating sex crimes and child abuse complaints. Collaborating with assistant district attorneys and child services caseworkers, she assessed the and criminality of charges, created a strategic approach to cases and recommended appropriate action.

Patricia is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Nassau County Bar Association and serves as Legislative VP to the New York Chapter of the National Organization for Women and President of Nassau NOW.
