About Oscar De La Rosa

A Miami-native, Oscar grew up and attended all academic training in South Florida. While in college, he obtained his Real Estate Sales Associate license and has been actively engaged in real estate transactions throughout South Florida since the age of 19. During his undergraduate degree, he created and opened his own Real Estate Brokerage company, Endeavor International Real Estate. It was through these labors that helped pay his way through law school. During his law school training, he worked for The Lasarte Law Firm where he worked over two years in the land use/zoning and governmental affairs field. It was through this training he obtained substantial land use and zoning experience that gave him access to South Floridas largest Real Estate developers and institutions. Armed with the legal knowledge and years of Real estate transactional experience he decided to venture into his own law firm that offers both legal and transactional counsel to developers, investors and institutional clients. In 2019 Oscar was elected as a Councilman to the City of Hialeah. He currently serves as Vice-President to the City Council and has been active in reshaping the future of Hialeah. As Vice-President, he oversees all land use and zoning policies implemented in the City of Hialeah. His legal practice has allowed him to become a better legislator and his role in passing effective land use policies has allowed him to become a better legal advocate. Oscar is also a member of the Miami-Dade Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) and an Advisor to Miami-Dade County on Affordable Housing. Both roles work together to allow him to provide A-class service to his clients.
