About Neil Henrichsen
Neil L. Henrichsen is an experienced AV Rated civil trial lawyer. Mr. Henrichsen has tried to verdict numerous cases before juries and judges in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Mr. Henrichsen's practice focuses on the representation of whistleblowers, employees and financial advisors in employment/labor matters. Mr. Henrichsen has handled high profile civil rights cases in the areas of police abuse, voting and housing. Furthermore, Mr. Henrichsen has successfully prosecuted residential construction claims on behalf of consumers.
Case accomplishments include: $1.1 million judgment on behalf of a commission sales executive for non-payment under a sales commission plan; $4 million recovered relating to complex hidden asset scheme; $3 million recovery for owner in construction dispute; $450,000 resolution of workplace retaliation and race discrimination.
Mr. Henrichsen received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from the City University of New York, Hunter College, has a Juris Doctor degree from The Washington College of Law, The American University, and a M.A. degree in Law and International Affairs from the American University, School of International Service.
Mr. Henrichsen is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia, Commonwealth of Virginia, State of New Jersey, State of Florida, Court of Federal Claims, various federal district, bankruptcy and appellate courts, including the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, Fourth and Eleventh Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court.
