About Neal Weinstein

Neal Weinstein is an attorney with over 38 years of legal practice, concentrating on defending persons charged with criminal violations, representing injured people, and representing small businesses, among other general practice areas.
Neal started practicing law as an intern at the Middlsex County District Attorney's Office, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in the Appellate Division, arguing serious felony criminal cases in the Massachusetts Supreme Court and Massachusetts Appellate Court. Following his admission to the Maine Bar, Neal initially practiced as an intern with the York County Maine District Attorney's Office before opening his own practice in Old Orchard Beach.
