About Nathaniel Ogle

Mr. Ogle aggressively and skillfully represents clients across East Tennessee who are facing criminal charges, who are in jeopardy of losing custody of a child, or who have been injured and need legal assistance to protect their rights.

Mr. Ogle began his career in the area of criminal defense practice. He then served for eight years as a trial prosecutor in Knox County where he handled violent crimes, sexual crimes, offenses involving minor children, and drug offenses. After leaving government service, Mr. Ogle joined Justice, Noel, Burks & Ogle in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Mr. Ogle is a devoted father of three, a husband, and enjoys giving back to his community through his church, various local organizations, and through local political involvement advocating for smaller, more efficient government and greater personal liberty.
