In 2016 and again in 2017, Mike was honored to serve as President of the Carrollwood Bar Association. Mike graduated from the University of Florida and South Texas College of Law (Houston, Texas). Mike is a second generation Tampa native, raising his daughters, Hannah and Grace, on Lake Carroll in Original Carrollwood, less than a mile from the home he grew up in. Mike has been married to his wife and law partner, Claire Hancock, for over 30 years. Mike enjoys saltwater fishing, off-road biking, water skiing and anything to do with the Florida Gators (Go Gators!).
