About Michael Galbraith

Michael Galbraith is an attorney and director at Cooch and Taylor P.A. in Wilmington, Delaware. Mr. Galbraith focuses his practice exclusively on representing individuals injured in various personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, serving clients throughout Delaware who have been injured or lost a loved one due to negligence.

Mr. Galbraith has more than a decade of extensive litigation experience and provides committed and dedicated representation to his clients. Over his time in practice, he has handled matters involving motor vehicle accidents, industrial accidents and work-related injuries, insurance coverage disputes, premises liability and products liability.

Mr. Galbraith earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and received his law degree from Widener University Delaware Law School. He attained his license to practice law in 2006, which qualified him to appear and practice before all Delaware state courts.

Mr. Galbraith enjoys staying active in his legal community. He is an active member of the Delaware State Bar Association, where he has served as a member of the Nominating Committee, and the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, where Mr. Galbraith currently serves as the Chair of the Amicus Committee.
