About Melissa Davidson

Melissa A. Davidson has 8 years of experience in practicing law and has worked with Charles D. Hankey since 2000. Her practice areas include Social Security Disability, Long Term Disability and Personal Injury. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis as well as a degree in psychology from Ball State University. Before joining Hankey Law Office as a law clerk in 2000, she was an investigator for Child Protective Services in the state of Indiana for 2 years. Melissa is now a Senior Associate Attorney at Hankey Law Office and has experience handling a wide range of cases involving social security, long term disability and personal injury. She spoke at the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) 2009 National Conference regarding disability benefits and mental health conditions. She is also currently a member of the American Trial Lawyer's Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives among other professional organizations.
