Helping families help themselves. Assisting families in Nebraska who want to mediate their divorce and parenting plans. There is an increased interest in divorce mediation and DIY divorce. Divorce is a complex process, through mediation we assist families in resolving their divorce without the need for litigation. We welcome the involvement of attorneys in mediation. Our crew of handles Social Security Disability and Disability Insurance Benefit cases, from application to Administrative Law Judge hearings. Specialties: I focus on mediation of family law cases (parenting plans, divorce, custody). I assist families who choose a DIY divorce. I represent the disabled before the Social Security Administration. I serve as Guardian ad Litem; in this role I act as the eyes and the ears of the Court and complete an independent investigation re: custody (or other issues) in hopes of avoiding litigation. I enjoy serving in a problem solving role.
