About Mark Cobb

Mar Cobb is the founding member of The Cobb Law Group, a statewide lawfirm focusing on the needs of developers, contractors, subcontractors, and materialmen throughout the States of Georgia. Mark Cobb has been practicing for over 25 years in Georgia Construction Law, and he has represented several Fortune 500 companies, international organizations, as well as small, local businesses. He was graduated from a tier-one law school (Washington and Lee University), and he has become a leader in the field of construction law. He regularly publishes and speaks on topics such as construction contract negotiation, materialmen's liens, Miler Act and payment bond claims, delay damages, and related construction law topics. Recently, Mark edited a publication from the American Bar Association on 50-State lien law, and was a highlighted speaker as an AIA contract document workshop.

Mark understands the business decisions facing the construction industry. With increasingly tighter margins, he understands that law firms must perform for their clients. This often involves thinking outside the box to solve problems. Mark is a certified mediator and uses his problem solving abilities as an advocate for his clients and as a third-party neutral when he serves as a mediator.
