About Marc Rapaport

I am the Managing Member of Rapaport Law Firm, PLLC, a boutique civil litigation law firm in New York City that I founded in 1995. I have twenty-five years of experience handling civil litigation matters in New York. I take professional pride in the broad array of matters I handle, which include employment litigation, commercial disputes, cell site litigation, landlord tenant proceedings, matrimonial issues and more.

In the field of employment law, I handle employment disputes and negotiations on behalf of diverse clients, ranging from New York City building maintenance workers to executives requiring legal guidance in negotiating complex non-complete, separation and other employment agreements. I have handled wage and hour class and collective actions, including cases that were pivotal in shaping New York and federal employment law. I also provide guidance to New York employers concerning compliance with New York and federal employment laws.

In addition, I represent the nation's largest telecommunications carriers in disputes relating to rooftop cell sites and other communications infrastructure in New York. I am regularly called upon to obtain court orders to protect wireless communications facilities.
