Attorney Lynn Mizell joined George Sink, P.A. Injury Lawyers with experience in a variety of backgrounds, all of which include the well-being of others. Currently, Mizell limits her practice to representing veterans with disability claims. Before her employment at George Sink, P.A. Injury Lawyers, Mizell worked as a plaintiff’s attorney where she fought for the rights of injured and disabled people in the areas of personal injury, workers’ compensation, foreclosure defense, and complex civil litigation. Before beginning her career in law, Mizell attended the University of North Carolina, where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. Before completing law school at the University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill, she served as a vocational rehabilitation specialist in order to help people with severe physical and emotional needs. She continued her passion for people by working as an executive director for a statewide advocacy organization that helped families with children experience emotional and behavioral disorders. Her compassion and willingness to help others has been a large part of why Mizell sought a career in law, a place where she could actively represent people experiencing hardships. Mizell was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2001.
