About L. J. Hymel (Retired)

Born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, L. J. Hymel has resided there his entire life. Graduating from the public school system in 1962, he entered Louisiana State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in 1966 and a Juris Doctorate in 1969 from the LSU Law School.
