About Kiran Dhillon

Kiran Dhillon specializes in transactional business law, real estate law and estate planning legal matters. She has several years of experience counseling individuals, small business owners and large corporations. Kiran has drafted thousands of agreements such as leases, timeshare agreements, asset purchase agreements, bill of sale agreements, promissory notes, security agreements, employment agreements, and professional services agreements, etc.

During law school Kiran graduated ranked 2nd as Salutatorian of her 2013 law school class at Western State College of Law, where she was the recipient of a merit-based 100% Outstanding Academic Achievement Scholarship, and the recipient of 4 Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence in the areas of: Business Associations, Property Law, Negotiations, and Legal Writing and Research. She also served as the technical editor of the WSU Law Review. Kiran was also recognized as a 2022 Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
