About John Schuh

I have 37 years of experience as a bankruptcy attorney and most enjoy resolving complex commercial matters. Over the course of many years I've seen it all from both the creditor and debtor perspectives. While the early years of my practice were focused on the representation of banks and financial institutions, an area I still handle, in more recent years I have taken the experience and respect I have earned within the creditor rights community to assisting financially distressed businesses and individuals to restructure their finances in many unique innovative ways.
