About John Scherf

Mr. Scherf has been selected as one of the “Top One Percent” of attorneys in the United States and one of Alabama’s “Top Trial Lawyers”. Mr. Scherf earned his undergraduate degree at the University of West Florida, where he received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology with a Minor in Criminal Justice in 1987. He went to law school at the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate of Law (J.D.) in 1991.
