About John Polasek

John T. Polasek (Ted) has been practicing law since 1990. Ted’s practice at The Polasek Law Firm, PLLC focuses on patent infringement litigation and licensing of patents. In addition, Ted litigates a broad array of intellectual property cases, involving trade secret misappropriation, trademark infringement, copyrights, unfair competition, breach of contract and related commercial litigation. His clients include patent owners, trademark owners and companies accused of patent infringement or trademark infringement. Ted has successfully negotiated licenses involving patent portfolios that include over 100 patents.
