Prior to joining Frank Burns in 2009, Mr. Corbally worked for seven years at a prominent insurance defense firm where his practice focused on defending employers and insurers in all aspects of workers compensation claims including depositions, hearings, appeals and matters with the Georgia Subsequent Injury Trust Fund. He has also represented his clients successfully at numerous settlement mediations.
Mr. Corbally is a native of New York. He obtained a B.A. degree in Philosophy from Iona College. He later went on to complete an M.A. degree in Philosophy from Boston College. He later went on to pursue doctoral studies at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Mr. Corbally obtained his J.D. degree from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. As part of his legal training, Mr. Corbally was also a visiting student at Emory University School of Law. Prior his work at a litigation attorney, Mr. Corbally worked in advertising in both New York City and Boston, Massachusetts, as well as in the non-profit industry. Mr. Corbally is married with three children. He is active in various leadership roles at schools and churches in the Atlanta area. He is a member of the Georgia State Bar and various sections of the Atlanta Bar Association. He is also a member of the St. Thomas More Law Society in Atlanta. He enjoys tennis, reading, classical music.
