Mr. Bisnar is a native of Southern California. He served active duty in the U.S. Army in the Pacific and South East Asia. In 1974 he graduated with honors from California State University, Long Beach, with a B.S. Degree in Finance/Investments. John Bisnar has had one philosophy since he started his law firm.
