Jay received his Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia University. In 2009, he earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. During his time at Seton Hall University Jay served as law clerk to the Honorable Richard W. English, J.S.C. at the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth Vicinage.
Within the dental industry, Jay specializes in drafting associate agreements, commercial leases, and construction agreements. As our senior litigator, Jay handles employment and partnership disputes, and arbitration and mediation matters. He has represented clients in a variety of venues including local municipal courts, administrative hearings, superior courts, and the appellate division.
Jay is admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia and in the State of New Jersey.
