About Jason McGrath

Partner Jason A. McGrath is licensed in Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, & Federal Court. He’s a problem solver, a transactional attorney, a litigator, & draws on his roots as a (former) Assistant District Attorney. Jason handles a variety of matters, including but not limited to real estate matters & foreclosures; business & commercial law matters; and creditor - debtor disputes. He focuses on the practical as well as the legal, always keeping the short, medium, and long-term strategies in mind. Jason prefers a polite and professional approach; assertive as needed, but also trying to be a decent human being.

Jason has analyzed thousands of legal documents, authored thousands more, taken thousands of depositions, and attended thousands of court hearings. He's completed more than 100 trials, winning an overwhelming majority of them.

For years, Jason has lectured to fellow attorneys on legal issues, ethical issues, and the management of one's law career. He is a published author both nationally and locally.

In his personal time, Jason is a father and a husband. He enjoys the beach, books, burgers, and beer, and then throws in some exercise to try to balance it all out.
