Prior to founding the firm in January 2018, Jason trained with highly experienced estate practitioners at Heidner Law Firm P.C. and Eisenberg & Baum LLP and handled a wide array of Surrogate’s Courts proceedings. Such proceedings included kinship proceedings, guardianship proceedings, will contests, and contested accountings. Jason also has niche experience in the areas of IRS tax compliance, specifically the Voluntary Disclosure Programs, and asset protection vehicles such as Family Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies.
