Mr. MacDonald was born in Flint, Michigan, May 21, 1950. He graduated from John Carroll University and Michigan State University in 1972 and from St. Mary's University of San Antonio, Texas, Texas School of Law, in 1975. He maintains memberships in the Genessee County Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, State Bar of Texas, US Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, Michigan Defense Trial Counsel and Michigan Society of Hospital Risk Managers.
