I have handled cases involving Leader of Drug Trafficking Network; Racketeering; Official Misconduct; Domestic Violence; Drug Possession and Distribution; Assault; Homicide; Theft; Robbery; Carjacking; Insurance Fraud; Kidnapping; Rape and Sexual Offenses; Arson; Criminal Mischief; Bribery; Perjury; and Weapons related cases. My unique law-enforcement background and experience provides my clients with the benefit of being represented by a criminal defense lawyer with personal experience in how a criminal case is investigated, prosecuted and most importantly for his clients, defended. Before becoming a Criminal Defense Attorney, I was a Police Officer and a Prosecutor's Investigator for ten years and an Assistant Essex County (N.J.) Prosecutor for fifteen years. I have handled cases using every type of investigation used by the police, to include wiretapping; undercover police investigations; and, more traditional investigation activities such as field investigation and witness interview. My goal in defending my clients, is to protect their rights and their freedom.
