I opened my law firm over 20 years ago in the San Francisco, Bay Area, focusing solely on estate planning (wills/trusts) as well as trust administration and probate. I quickly became a Certified Legal Specialist by the Board of Certification of the State Bar of California and maintained that status for many years. In 2009, my firm had grown and I was honored in Forbes Magazine as one of 10 leading providers of legal services in California (as determined by Goldline Research). My Passion
I became passionate about estate planning when I personally witnessed the horrors of probate court. Everyone has a will, whether they know it or not. The court controls our life and death unless we opt out and provide instruction for our loved ones -- privately. Staying out of probate is not just for the wealthy.
