About Heather Fox

Heather Fox is a Founding Partner at Morris & Fox, who largely focuses her practice on family law and criminal matters. When someone hires Heather to represent them, they are hiring a fighter who will fight for their freedom and their rights, whether that’s through a settlement or a trial. She strives to provide an honest outlook on all of her client's cases so that her clients always know what to expect at all stages of representation.

Heather is a native of Statesville, North Carolina, and a graduate of North Iredell High School. She is also a double graduate from Liberty University, having completed her Bachelor’s degree in English in 2016 and her Juris Doctor in 2020. Heather’s favorite thing about her job is that she has the unique opportunity to guide people through some of the most difficult circumstances they will ever face, and she can get them to a point where life is good again.

Outside the courtroom, Heather enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her boxers, Mila and Maggie. The people who know Heather best admire her determination, honesty, and witty sense of humor.
