I concentrate my practice on the defense of citizens accused of crimes. The principle of my practice is simple: I believe that you have to care for the people you represent. This ideology results in my offering a personal and specialized approach to each of my clients. I offer genuine concern and empathy for those I represent and this is the core of my practice. I will do everything that can be done to provide you the best defense possible and I and my team of lawyers, paralegals and investigators will do it to the best our ability. I feel that the individualized care we show our clients distinguishes us ethically and professionally.

My practice spans the entirety of criminal defense from assault and harassment to DUI and weapons violations to several high profile murder cases. The focus of my practice is complex criminal charges, notably driving under the influence (DUI) charges. My clients have included individuals such as airline pilots and truck drivers whose employment or current situation in life would make the penalties of a DUI conviction unbearable. My trial work results in DUI verdicts of not guilty, homicide acquittals, and many other not guilty verdicts for criminal charges. More importantly, my pre-trial efforts result in charges being dismissed or lowered allowing my clients to avoid the embarrassment, dangers and expenses of lengthy jury trials. Many of my clients have been found not guilty, while other clients avoided the harsh penalties called for under criminal statutes by being offered pleas to significantly lesser offenses.
