Professional Experience: Fred has over a decade of legal experience. After passing the bar in 2007, he clerked for Judge Herndon in Clackamas County Circuit Court. Fred joined Stahancyk, Kent & Hook in 2010. He has been the managing attorney of the firm's Prineville office and in 2019 was elected a shareholder with the firm.
