About Frances Jones

Licensed in NY, NJ, and TX, Ms Jones has 20+ years of global experience in business & legal affairs, marketing, operations, strategic planning, and management. Her in-house counsel and large law firm experience includes firms and companies such as Univision Communications, Cahill Gordon & Reindel, PolyGram Records, Zomba/Jive/BMG Entertainment (now Sony), and Green Mountain Energy Company. A graduate of New York University School of Law, Frances has in-depth knowledge and experience in the areas of advertising, media (including digital and mobile), and entertainment, as well as in technology, intellectual property, copyright, trademark, and corporate law.
In addition, she has substantial domestic and international experience in analyzing, structuring, negotiating, drafting and reviewing a broad range of commercial transactions, deals, and licenses, as well as in regulatory, employment, sales, consumer matters, and community & governmental affairs. Frances also serves as a Council Member on the Computer and Technology Council for the State Bar of Texas.
