About Evan Woodward

Evan Woodward is a passionate seasoned practitioner. He applies his writing skills, honed after years of journalism, to his Briefs and Motions.

Evan is a cum laude graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Law and received the Excellence in Criminal Law Award from the faculty for his graduating class.

He has been a litigator for over a decade. Evan has successfully conducted numerous jury and bench trials. He is an experienced trial lawyer for his personal injury clients and domestic litigator for his family law clients.

Evan was named a Southwest Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2021 & 2022.
His courtroom skills, following years of trial and Plaintiff's work, are an asset to all of his clients.
