I was born and raised near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and am a 1987 graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law. I also earned an MBA in Economics and Finance, and a BA in Psychology, both from Temple University. Prior to attending law school, I earned my living as a financial analyst. After law school, I served as a New Jersey State Criminal Prosecutor (Financial Crimes Unit) and also worked as a solo practitioner before relocating to Florida in 1995. In Florida, I was an Assistant Attorney General (in Tampa's Economic Crime Unit) before opening my own law practice. I've been a resident of Pinellas County since 1995.
My education and experience in economics and finance have given me a passion for consumer law. I primarily serve clients in the counties of Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Polk, Citrus, and Hernando, but I also have clients outside the greater Tampa Bay area. I am licensed in all three of Florida's federal courts (the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts).
Call me for a free initial consultation. I will either help you myself or I will point you in the right direction. Cheers!
