About Elena Rivkin

I am a real estate, business and estate planning attorney. My background is in real estate, where I was a real estate appraiser, property manager, and project manager for condominium conversions and other real estate developments. I can certainly relate to many of the issues that my clients face in their day-to-day professional lives.

A large segment of my client base is small business owners. I understand that you want simple answers to your questions; I help focus on figuring out how to get what you're interested in, explaining your options and deciding what will work best for you.
