He has a long history of service in law enforcement. He has served as a police officer for over 10 years at, both, Metro Nashville and Murfreesboro City Police Departments.

After leaving the Metro Nashville Police Department, David served at the Nashville District Attorney's Office in an internship learning the inner workings of the prosecutors office. Following that, he opened his Criminal Defense practice in the heart of Nashville and uses those skills he learned as a police officer and prosecutor to defend YOU.

Since 1998 David has maintained a practice in the Nashville and Middle Tennessee area which focuses exclusively on Criminal Defense and mainly DUI Law. He has successfully negotiated and/or tried hundreds of cases over the years.
